BokuMo

General: The BokuMo, with its curious little face, paws and tail darker than the rest of the body, is the Sacred cat of the Hawaiian island of Haukea, where a divinity of the Banana Tree is worshipped. An ancient legend says that one day a completely white cat was prowling around Haukea, and that it slipped on a banana peel, thus ending with its extremities in the mud. The Banana God saved the little white cat from the mud, but it remained stained. That cat, later named Haukea (White Snow), is said to have been the Big Mother of the inhabitants of the Hawaiian Islands. The BokuMo is a cute, soft little cat. Naturally curious and inventive, will learn how to turn handles, open doors and drawers and how to get in trouble even before breakfast. Wary of children and unknown guests, a BokuMo is like a little tiger if left alone on a balcony, with plants and insects.
