Rainbow Lynx
General: The Rainbow Lynx, also called Moon Lynx, developed when house cats bred with American Lynxes in a mountain area. The locals called the resulting cats either Rainbow Lynxes because of their variety of colours or Moon Lynxes, because most of them were strays and only came out at night. Eventually, people started breeding them. They are great mousers and even defend the farms against foxes and the occassional human thieves.
